A bending device is constituted so that a standard-length linear material is held with a material feeding part and fed to a working part. The material feeding part includes: a chucking mechanism by which the terminal of a material is held; a movable table on which the chucking mechanism is placed and which is movable back and forth in a direction along the axial line of the material; and a chucking mechanism rotating part for rotating the chucking mechanism around the axial line of the material. The working part includes: a mandrel provided on the material delivering axial line; a mandrel rotating part for rotating the mandrel around the axial line; a disk-like bending sleeve on the center of which the mandrel is penetrated and fit around it rotatably; a bending projecting part which is provided projectingly on the bending sleeve; and a mandrel revolving part which allows the mandrel be turned on a vertical plane about on the extension of the material delivering horizontal axial line.
