Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a non-flatness of a blade tip line generated in an automatic bending of a band blade such as Thomson blade with a simple device.
SOLUTION: A fixed inner die 1 provided with a slit 3 in which a band blade W to be worked is pierced is fitted to and held by an inner cylinder of a movable outer die 2 provided with an edge to give a depress force to a side of the band blade W. The positional relationship (height) in an axial direction of the fixed inner die 1 to the movable outer die 2 is adjusted by turning an adjustment screw 31.
