To provide bending and forming technology for a pipe-like member, allowing securement of high dimensional accuracy, and allowing reduction of production cost through reduction of machining man-hours and simplification of equipment.
This bending and forming device 1 for the pipe-like member includes: a pair of dies 4, 5 formed with a curve cylindrical face 3 for bending and forming the pipe-like member 2 according to die clamping; and a push-in die 6 for pushing in the pipe-like member 2 toward the curve cylindrical face 3. By pushing in the pipe-like member 2 by the push-in die 6, a curve cylindrical cavity 7 equivalent to a shape after bending/forming completion of the pipe-like member 2 is partitioned and formed inside the pair of dies 4, 5. One die 5 is formed with a small-diameter side region 9 of the curve cylindrical face 3, and the other die 4 is formed with a large-diameter side region 10 of the curve cylindrical face 3. The push-in die 6 partitions and forms a large-diameter side space 21 of the cavity 7 between the push-in die 6 and the large-diameter side region 10 of the curve cylindrical face 3 in a state that the push-in die 6 pushes in the pipe-like member 2 to a completion position of the bending and forming.
