A bending mechanism portion includes a bending die 28 and a press member 29. The bending die 28 has a curved surface 30. The press member 29 is driven in a direction pressing a pipe to a curved surface 30 during bending work. The bending die 28 is in a static state with respect to the pipe during the bending work. Furthermore, the bending die 28 is divided into two in a direction perpendicular to a bent surface. An air cylinder relatively displaces each contact member (an upper die 35 and a lower die 36) in which the bending die 28 is divided in the direction perpendicular to the bent surface.
