Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust the upper table and the lower face of the upper die, and the lower table and the upper face of the lower die in offset bending to a straight line in the bending length direction of a plate.
CONSTITUTION: The bending machine is constituted so that one of the upper table 5 to which the upper die 13 is attached, and the lower table 7 to which the lower die 17 is attached executes an ascending/descending operation by table ascending/descending cylinders 9, 11, and between the upper die 13 and the lower die 17, a plate W is bent in a uniform cross sectional shape extending over its bending length direction. Also, plural pieces of deflection correction cylinders 31, 33 for correcting a deflection in the vertical direction of the upper table 5 and the lower table 7 are provided in the bending length direction on one of the upper table 5 and the lower table 7, and operating pressure for allowing the deflection correction cylinders 31, 33 to operate is interlocked with operating pressure of the table ascending/descending cylinders 9, 11.
