Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method capable of comparatively simply realizing bending of a pipe by motive power of one driving motor, in succession to the lateral direction.SOLUTION: In a method for bending a pipe by relatively revolving the other bending roll around any one bending roll of a pair of bending rolls, by sandwiching the other part of the pipe by the pair of bending rolls in a state of sandwiching a part of the pipe by a gripping device, the pipe bending method is provided so that both bending rolls are held by a common movable frame body, and relative revolution is realized by synchronous motion of synchronizing rotary motion for rotating the frame body and horizontal directional motion for moving the frame body in the right-angled direction (the Y axis direction) to the longitudinal direction (the X axis direction) of the pipe, and in this case, the movement in the Y axis direction is the movement in the Y axis direction of the frame body such as holding a position in the Y axis direction of the central axis of the one bending roll, and a position in the X axis direction of a rotational center position of the rotary motion is not changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
