PURPOSE: To obtain a constant needle tube with high accuracy by inserting the needle tube with two blade surfaces from a groove plate side to a tip bending base side setting the blade surfaces upward, sandwiching it between a bearing pedestal and a bending base, maintaining it as bending the tip of a tip bending tool by rotating setting a rotary shaft as an axis, and forming the curvature of the needle tube at a prescribed angle by rotating a groove plate setting the bending base as fulcrum.
CONSTITUTION: The needle tube 17 on which the blade surface is formed in advance is inserted from the groove plate 1 side to the tip bending base 9 side setting the blade surface upward, and is sandwiched between the bearing pedestal and the bending base 9, and a lever 14 is raised, and the tip is bent by rotating in a clockwise direction setting the rotary shaft 28 as the axis. Next, a knob part 3 is raised in a state where the lever 14 is raised, and the V-shape groove plate 1 is rotated setting a bar 11 with groove as the fulcrum in a counterclockwise direction until it is abutted with a stopper 31. Such angle of rotation is set at 90°, and furthermore, it is rotated by around 13°. Bending working accuracy with high reliability can be obtained by holding spring back elasticity for 4-5 seconds.
