Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cross section of a pipe inner in a bending processing part of a metal pipe.SOLUTION: The bending processing device comprises: an insertion rod into which an internal tool to be inserted into inside of a pipe member to be bent for bending processing is inserted into the inside of the pipe member from one end side; and a plug disposed on a tip end of the insertion rod and disposed on a bending processing part in the inside of the pipe member. The plug is pivotally supported rotatably in a bending direction of the pipe member with respect to the insertion rod, and a cross sectional shape of the plug in a vertical direction with respect to an axial direction of the rotation axis is formed so that the insertion rod side of the rotation axis of the plug is formed into a partial shape of a circle having a diameter passing the rotation axis, and the tip end side of the rotation axis of the plug is formed into a belt-like shape having width equal to the diameter of the circle passing the rotation axis.
