Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily bend an arm part of an inner pipe inserted in an outer pipe by a desired bending amount.SOLUTION: A bending processing method applies bending processing to a metallic inner pipe having a cylindrical inner pipe body and an arm part extending in the axial direction of the inner pipe body from an annular-shaped part at one end of the inner pipe body. This bending processing method comprises an insertion process S1 of inserting an inner pipe into a cylindrical outer pipe having a cutout part which is cut out from one end toward the other end, outer pipe support processes S2 and S8 of supporting the outer pipe on an outer pipe support part, a first inner pipe support process S9 of supporting a bending processing position of the arm part exposed to outside via the cutout part by a bending fulcrum part from the outer peripheral surface side of the inner pipe, position adjustment processes S3, S5 and S6 of adjusting a relative position of the outer pipe and the inner pipe with a positioning part; and a bending processing process S10 of bending the arm part to the outer peripheral surface side of the inner pipe with the bending fulcrum part as a fulcrum by moving a push-in part of abutting on the inner peripheral surface side of the inner pipe in the arm part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
