To provide a cable capable of being easily bent and excellent in bending resistance.
A bending resistant cable includes: a core material 1 having a bending recovery rate of 10% or more and a flexibility index of 10,000 or less; and a conductor part including a conductor wire 2 wound in one direction around the core material. The bending resistant cable preferably includes a plurality of conductor wires wound in parallel. The bending resistant cable further preferably includes a conductor wire wound at a wound angle of 30° or above and less than 80°. The bending resistant cable specifically preferably includes an insulating filament wound in a direction opposite to the wound direction of a conductor wire on the outer side of the conductor wire.
