To provide a bending work tool of a metal rod capable of stably and surely bending a rain gutter support metal fitting.

Two metal plates are closely adjacently arranged and fixed, and a recessed part 16 is formed on the upper side of both metal plates, and a pair of support shafts 14a and 14c penetrating through both metal plates are provided on both sides of the recessed part 16, and the metal rod is processed to be curved in a recess shape by striking the metal rod from the upper side of the metal rod 4 in a state of placing the metal rod 4 inserted between both metal plates on the pair of support shafts. A stud 18 is arranged between both metal plates in the recessed part 16, and a fitting groove 18c is provided for restricting bending of the metal rod 4 by allowing an under surface 4" of the metal rod 4 to abut on an upper end part of the stud 18 in striking, and the stud 18 can be lifted in the vertical direction in the recessed paret 16. A height of the fitting groove 18c in the recessed part 16 can be set at a plurality of stages.
