A benefit-imparting system for utilizing an automatic ticket gate apparatus includes a qualification-imparting means imparting the qualification to impart the benefit, based on ticket examination information obtained by passage of a user carrying the riding storage medium through the ticket gate apparatus; a medium selection means for selecting a riding storage medium satisfying a prescribed condition from a plurality of riding storage mediums imparted by the qualification-imparting means; a benefit-association means for associating the benefit to the riding storage medium selected by the medium selection means; and a benefit-notification means for notifying the user regarding the benefit associated by the benefit association means, based on the ticket examination information of the user carrying the selected riding storage medium.
