Abstract:
PURPOSE: To set a small radius of curvature, and thereby lower cost.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic bent-up board 7 where each V shaped groove 3 whose valley bottom section is not flat, is arranged between apex sections 4 and 4, is curved toward the back surface side in the direction along the aforesaid V shaped groove 3. Each recessed section 5 absorbing the shrinkage of the metallic bent-up board 7 in the direction of bending is continuously formed within the V shaped groove 3 from the top of each oblique surface 6 and 6 down to each valley bottom section 2 in such a way as to pass through across the V shaped groove 3. The aforesaid board is curved in a concave shape to the extent that the elongation of the outside of the valley bottom section 2 is within the allowable limit of elongation, so that each recessed section 5 is formed in the direction perpendicularly intersected with the V shaped groove 3 at specified intervals.
