To solve a problem in forming a bent part configuration for a duct by cutting inorganic vinyl chloride foam into small pieces and combining and joining the cut pieces wherein if the number of cut pieces is small, since a bending angle of the duct becomes sharp, a flowing state of fluid flowing in an interior is adversely affected by turbulence, pressure loss, or the like, and if the number of cut pieces is large, work manhour becomes high and the duct becomes expensive.
The bent part configuration for the duct is formed by joining a pair of molded bodies comprising a fire resistant foam material, having recessed grooves forming a space with the same diameter as a cross section of the duct in mutual joining faces, and molded by heating and pressurization into the same shape as a bent shape of the duct bent part.
