A die 1 having a die hole axis perpendicular to a die hole face is inclined by the prescribed angle against the drawing or extruding direction to draw or extrude a tube 2. This method that the die 1 having the die hole axis perpendicular to the die hole face is inclined is suitable for inclining the die hole axis to optimize conditions such as an angle adjustment. A die holder having a spherical seat for the contact face with the die 1 is used as a mechanism to incline the die 1, and the die 1 can be fixed at an optional angle.
