Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject derivative, having antagonistic action on histamine H2 receptors and gastrin receptors and useful as a therapeutic agent for ulcer capable of reducing the after treating the ulcer.
CONSTITUTION: This compound is expressed by formula I {R1, R2 and R3 are H, halogen, a lower alkyl or lower alkyloxy; X is (CH2)m-R4-R5-R6-R7 [(m) is 0-3; R4 is O, S, etc.; R5 is CONR8, etc.; R6 is CH2CONR9, etc.; R7 is a lower alkylene; R8 and R9 are H or methyl]; Y is expressed by formula II or III}. The compound is obtained by suitably coupling a compound expressed by formula IV [X' is (CH2)m-R4-R10 (R10 is CO2R11, etc.; R11 is H or a lower alkyl)] with 2-(2-guanidino)-(1,3-thiazol-4-ylmethylthio)ethylamine or 3-(3-(piperidinomethyl) phenoxy)propylamine or a derivative thereof according to the well-known acidic and basic reaction.
