Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A benzothiadiazine derivative shown by formula I (X and Y are H, halogen or lower alkyl; R1 is H or lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl, phenyl or aralkyl).
EXAMPLE: 2-t-Butylamino-4H-1,3,4-benzothiadiazine.
USE: A plant blight controller having preventing effects on various plant blights such as blast and helminthosporium leaf spot of rice plant, scab of apple and pear and anthracnose of cucumbers, kidney bean and tobacco.
PREPARATION: A thiosemicarbazide derivative shown by formula II is oxidized with an oxidizing agent such as bromine, N-bromosuccinimide or sulfuryl chloride to give a compound shown by formula I.
