Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a brazed junction from being damaged by nitric acid generated at the atmosphere side by covering it with a corrosion protective film.
CONSTITUTION: An atmosphere side brazed junction by a brazing material 3 between a support frame 1 made of stainless steel or the like and a beryllium member 2 forming a window section is covered with a corrosion protective film 4 made of gold or platinum and formed by deposition or the like. The brazing material 3 is not damaged by nitric acid generated by the reaction between ozone generated by the photochemical reaction at the atmosphere side and the moisture in the sulfur dioxide atmosphere by the nitrogen gas in the atmosphere according to this film 4, and its corrosion is prevented.
