Abstract:

To enhance a degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, it is possible to achieve a Bessel beam generator that emits a disc illumination beam focused in the vicinity of a center by dividing a laser beam emitted from a single light source and emitting divergent light from optical fiber arranged on the same circle toward an inside in a doughnut shape. As a result, it is possible to generate a disk illumination beam without reducing an amount of light without kicking a central portion of a large amount of light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
