PURPOSE: To easily refer to an allotment table and to issue a betting ticket by issueing an allotment card to a betting person, and reading the betting ticket of the choices selected with writing to the choice writing column of the allotment card with a second issueing means.
CONSTITUTION: A first issueing means 1 issues the allotment card where the allotment rate of the plural choices and the choice writing column are recorded. After the choice is selected by handwriting or printing to a choice writing column, a second issueing means 2 reads the selected choice of the allotment card, and issues the betting ticket of the choice. Thus, the allotment card is issued to the betting person, and the choice selected by the writing to the choice writing column of the allotment card is read by the second issueing means 2. Thus, the reference betting ticket of the allotment card can be easily issued.
