Abstract:
To brew coffee with less astringency.
The rotational position of a chute 19 is changeable by a solenoid 23 between a position where a powder outlet 19c of the chute 19 is above a top opening 18a of a cylinder 18 and a position where the lower portion of the chute 19 is off the top opening 18a and abuts a holder 21. The shock by the impact of the lower portion of the chute 19 against the holder 21 shakes down astringent skin and fine powder depositing in the chute 19 outside the cylinder 18, to thus enable a brew of coffee with less astringency.
