PURPOSE: To provide a beverage dispense head in which a beverage can be poured out while a wash water hose is connected with the dispense head as it is and there is no possibility of wash water entering a cask.
CONSTITUTION: When a beverage bung hole 11D is pushed down by the operation of a lever 11E, the mouth of a beverage cask is opened by the beverage bung hole. At that time, a gas inlet 11B is opened when a first salient piece 18 attached to the lever pushes a first poppet valve in a housing 11A. Thus, carbon dioxide is introduced into the cask from the gas inlet and a beverage is poured out of the cask by the pressure of the gas. At that time, the rear end 15A of a second poppet valve is covered by a second salient piece 19 so that the second poppet valve cannot be pushed in. When the beverage bung hole is raised, the mouth of the cask and gas inlet are closed. When the second poppet valve is pushed in and wash water inlet 11C is opened in this state, wash water is introduced into a beverage-pouring path so that the inside of the path is washed.
