To provide a beverage dispenser capable of preventing a problem on scattering of cooling water in a water tank to appliances around the water tank.

This beverage dispenser 1 comprising the water tank 29 for storing the cooling water, an evaporation pipe 30 for cooling the cooling water in the water tank 29, cooling pipes 7, 21, 44 immersed in the cooling water in the water tank 29, and a stirrer 64 for stirring the cooling water in the water tank 29, cooling the dilution water passing through each of the cooling pipes by the cooing water, and discharging the same, comprises a float switch 72 detecting a water level in the water tank 29, and a control portion 11 controlling an operation of the stirrer 64, and the control portion 11 stops the stirrer 64 when the float switch 72 detects a prescribed low water level of the cooling water in the water tank 29, that is, a water level to stop the stirrer.
