Abstract:

To provide a beverage extraction apparatus by which everyone can easily extract uniform taste.

The flange part 33 of a functional filter 35 is mounted on the filter mounting part 19d of an upper cup 19 and an extraction material 37 and extraction liquid (water) 39 are put inside the functional filter 35. When the upper cup 19 is put inside from the opening 5a of a case body 2 and a start switch 31 is pressed, a magnetron 9 oscillates, the extraction liquid 39 is heated by electromagnetic waves, the functional filter 35 drips the extraction liquid 39 together with the rise of a temperature and it is accumulated in a cup 23. Cup weight including the extraction liquid is detected by a load sensor 27, and when the increase of the weight is saturated, the operation of the magnetron 9 is stopped.
