Abstract:
To provide a beverage extraction apparatus capable of reducing an equipment scale in comparison with a batch type beverage extraction apparatus.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction apparatus 2 for extracting beverage by immersing a raw material for beverage into a solvent for extraction is provided with a mixing part 10 for mixing and sending out continuously the raw material and the solvent, an extraction part 20 for heating and simultaneously circulating a mixture of the raw material and the solvent sent out from the mixing part 10, and a separation part 30 for taking out an extract of the beverage by separating a residue of the raw material from the mixture flowing out from the extraction part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
