This beverage extracting device is provided with a sucking means 70 for sucking micropowder generated when the coffee raw materials are supplied to the inside of the cylinder 12, and made to flow from the cylinder 12 to the shooter 60 and water vapor generated when hot water is supplied to the inside of the cylinder 12, and made to flow from the cylinder 12 to the shooter 60.
