Abstract:
To provide a beverage extraction device capable of inhibiting dimensions in a height direction of the beverage extraction device from becoming large.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction device includes an extraction part having a cylinder and a piston for extracting beverages using a raw material and hot or cold water in the cylinder, and a rise regulation part. The rise regulation part includes a contact part configured so as to be brought into contact with/separated from an outer peripheral surface of the piston, and a regulation control part for regulating the rise of the piston accompanying the rise of the cylinder by causing the contact part to come in contact with the piston while allowing the rise of the piston accompanying the rise of the cylinder by separating the contact part from the piston.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
