To assure a tamper-evident function at a low cost by employing a tamper-evident mechanism comprising a weakened part on a lower part of a lower lid which is to be threaded with a container mouth and also by employing a tamper-evident mechanism comprising a weakened part also on an over cap to be engaged with the lower lid.
A container filled with a beverage has an assembly of a lower lid 3 and an upper lid 4 threaded with a container mouth 1 in a state that a liquid flow path 3d is closed. In addition, an over cap 5 is put over from above the upper lid 4, and its lower part is engaged with the lower lid 3. If the lower lid 3 is re-fitted after it is once removed from the container mouth 1, a weakened part 3f provided on a lower part of the lower lid 3 is broken, so that a consumer can determine that someone has once removed the lower lid 3 from the container mouth 1. In addition, also when the over cap 5 is re-put after it is once removed from the lower lid 3, a weakened part 5a provided on a lower part of the over cap 5 is broken, so that tempering can be similarly determined.
