To provide a beverage manufacturing device which is compact and low-cost.
The beverage manufacturing device includes, in a housing 2: a powder raw material canister 7 which supplies stored powder raw material each time a beverage is prepared, a hot water tank 11 which adds high-temperature hot water to the powder raw material supplied from the powder raw material canister 7, a refreezing cycle device 21 which cools cold water added to the powder raw material when an ice beverage is prepared, and a mixing bowl 9 which receives the powder raw material and the high-temperature hot water or cold water to prepare a beverage, and then manufactures the beverage from the beverage raw material. Steam discharge ducts 26, 27 are provided between the mixing bowl 9 and a heat radiation fan part 24 provided to the freezing cycle device 21, and steam produced by the high-temperature hot water supplied to the mixing bowl 9 is sucked by the heat radiation fan part 24 through the steam discharge ducts 26, 27 to be discharged to outside the housing 2.
