Steam discharge ducts 26, 27 are provided between the mixing bowl 9 and a heat radiation fan part 24 provided to the freezing cycle device 21, and steam produced by the high-temperature hot water supplied to the mixing bowl 9 is sucked by the heat radiation fan part 24 through the steam discharge ducts 26, 27 to be discharged to outside the housing 2.
