Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage manufacturing device in which a liquid passing washing can be easily performed without adding a tank for water used for washing.SOLUTION: A beverage manufacturing device comprises: a milk foamer having a gear pump for mixing a milk supplied from a milk container (milk pack) through a milk supply pipeline and air for generating a foamed milk; a coffee extraction part for using hot water supplied from a hot water tank 211 by a hot water pump 212 for extracting coffee; and a control part. The coffee extraction part has a branch valve 2214 for supplying hot water in the hot water tank 211 to any of the coffee extraction part and the gear pump. The control part controls the branch valve 2214 and supplies hot water to the gear pump, then and rotates the gear pump in a prescribed direction for making hot water in the gear pump flow into a channel of a milk when a washing of the channel of a milk on the milk foamer is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
