PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage producing device with which various kinds of beverages to be sold can be easily produced without wasting raw materials, and so designed as to prevent accidents caused by a fixing tool, or the like, and reduce stain damage on equipment or containers; and to provide a method for producing beverages using the beverage producing device. SOLUTION: The beverage producing device is provided with an ice-shaving part 100 where ice is shaved and shaved ice 4 is supplied to a cup 3 via an ice shoot 114, bellows 116 and a cup detection cap 104. The ice-shaving part enables production of stably qualified beverages without difference in beverage quality because of causing no fluctuation in the shaved ice amount supplied every time when a beverage producing operation is performed. The beverage producing device prevents the shaved ice from scattering around so as to prevent the stain damage on the equipment.
