Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide beverage production equipment allowing for reduction in product liquid to be wasted.SOLUTION: The beverage production equipment using water and syrup as raw materials comprises: a blender 14 which mixes water and syrup; a carbonator 15 which dissolves carbon dioxide in mixed liquid obtained with the blender 14; a filler 16 which fills a container with product liquid in which carbon dioxide is dissolved with the carbonator 15; and a return mechanism 20 which sends the product liquid stored in the carbonator 15 or the filler 16 as return liquid to an upstream side of the carbonator 15, between the blender 14 and the carbonator 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
