To detect a shortage of carbon dioxide gas in a gas cylinder in a beverage spouting device capable of controlling pressure of carbon dioxide gas according to a temperature of beer.
A control circuit 40 of the beverage spouting device 10 operates to open a pressure adjustment valve 21 so that the pressure becomes proper pressure calculated based on a detected temperature by a beverage temperature sensor 31 when a pressure sensor 22 detects the proper limit of the lower pressure by 0.005 MPa than the proper pressure, and the control circuit 40 operates to close the pressure adjustment valve 21 in the same manner when the pressure sensor 22 detects the proper higher limit of the pressure 0.015 MPa higher than the proper pressure. In this process when the control circuit 40 detects that the pressure adjustment valve 21 works in the open state for a predetermined time measured by a timer 42 or more than 10 seconds, the control circuits 40 detects the shortage of the carbon dioxide gas in the gas cylinder and displays the shortage on a display device 17.
