To efficiently vend satisfactory commodity at all times by detecting the quantity of beverage inside a stocker so as to heat a heating zone corresponding to remaining beverage but not to heat a heating zone corresponding to ejected beverage.
The beverage stocker 8 is composed of a tank 27 for which the upper end is communicated with a funnel 21 and the lower end is communicated with an ejection pipe 26, insulating member 28 provided around this tank 27, and plural divided individually controllable heating zones 29 with built-in heat insulating heaters. These heating zones 29 insulate the heat of coffee in the tank 27 and keep the temperature at +63°C or higher at all times. Then, an ejection solenoid valve 31 with a built-in weight sensor is interposed at the ejection pipe 26. This weight sensor inputs the quantity of coffee remaining in the tank 27 to a controller 33 as an electric signal. Based on the output of this weight sensor, the heating zone corresponding to coffee remaining in the tank 27 is controlled into prescribed temperature and the heating zone corresponding to ejected coffee is controlled not to be heated.
