To provide a white turbidity-imparting agent for beverages that is optimal for use in coffee fresh or the like without adding a phosphate.SOLUTION: The white turbidity-imparting agent for beverages contains as essential components 10 wt% or more of (a) oils or fats made from an animal or plant material, 0.1 wt% or more of (b) a milk component, 0.9 wt% or more of (c) an emulsifier, 0.06 wt% or more of (d) sodium citrate and/or sodium carbonate as a pH regulator and 3 wt% or more of (e) an agent for production.SELECTED DRAWING: None
