Abstract:

To provide a bi-fuel engine for a vehicle that is excellent in the maintainability of a gaseous fuel injector and capable of protecting both a liquid fuel injector and the gaseous fuel injector.

A gaseous fuel delivery pipe 13A is placed in a space 28 sandwiched between a surge tank 102 and an air cleaner 11, each gaseous fuel injection valve 13B is placed so as to extend from the gaseous fuel delivery pipe 13A to a space sandwiched between a pair of inclined portions 101D, a bracket 14 projecting to an air cleaner 11 side is attached to the surge tank 102, and a rear surface 41A of the bracket 14 in a vehicle front-rear direction is projected to a vehicle rear side compared to a portion of each gaseous fuel injection valve 13B exposed above the inclined portions 101D, and is opposed to a vertical wall 11D.
