Abstract:
To decrease the machine width of a five shaft-three dimensional loom in the case where, for example, a wide five shaft-three dimensional woven fabric having a width of about 3 m is produced.
A bias yarn-sending apparatus which sends a bias yarn by regularly moving a bias yarn-supporting guide block 13 with a guide block- moving means including spacer racks. In the apparatus, the spacer racks 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the guide block-moving means are each formed by combining spacer rack-divided bodies 25A, 25B and 25C; 26A, 26B and 26C; 27A, 27B and 27C; and 28A, 28B and 28C, which have been formed by adequately dividing spacer racks in the longitudinal direction.
