Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the productionability and maneuvering stability, by arranging a breaker with same angle as a carcass ply cord while crossing therewith at a folding section in a tread portion of the carcass folded around a bead core. CONSTITUTION:A carcass ply 10 is folded outward around a bead core 4 and the folded portions 10a, 10b are overlapped by a tread portion 5. Here, single breaker 12 having the width within the tread width is arranged between overlapped portions 10c, 10d such that the cord thereof is arranged approximately in same angle as the cord of carcass ply 10 and crosses with the cords of the carcass overlapped portions 10c, 10d. With such arrangement, productionability and maneuvering stability can be improved and the weight can be reduced.
