Abstract:
PURPOSE:To mix sufficiently in a short time and transfer liquid quickly by forming a biaxial mixing and agitating section having a number of fixed pin- shaped projected agitating blades and setting a biaxial transferred liquid mixing section with spiral blades at its lower section. CONSTITUTION:A couple of revolving shafts 2 are revolved in the reverse directions, and a number of pin-shaped projected agitating blades 5 are fixed on the upper section of a rotor 4 to form a biaxial mixing and agitating section DMS. A biaxial transferred liquid mixing section DDS is formed by having spiral blades 6 meshed with each other on the rotor 4 of said lower section. Reactive blending components are introduced from a plurality of introducing inlets 8, mixed in the biaxial mixing and agitating section DMS and transferred positively to a discharge outlet 7 by means of the biaxial liquid transferred liquid mixing section DDS.
