Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a biaxial crusher which is used for crushing plastic waste and metallic can waste and reutilizing them without deteriorating crushing capacity because of dancing of the material to be crushed inside of a mechanical frame and of sticking of this material to be crushed on a stationary comb edge.
CONSTITUTION: Large cutters 15, 16 for shredding are fixed in a spitted state to two pieces of driving shafts 13, 14 which are parallel to mechanical frames 11, 12 and rotatably supported while keeping the prescribed interval. The large cutters 15, 16 for shredding are provided in the position wherein right and left are opposed or dislocated. A turning angle is regulated to an angle so that right and left are made equal or alternately engaged. Further the sides are mutually slid. Small cutters 17, 18 for crushing are fixed between the large cutters for shredding while keeping the prescribed interval. Stationary edges are provided between the small cutters for crushing. Guide plates 20, 21 are provided between the large cutters for shredding and the mechanical frames. Furthermore a falling preventive cover is provided along radius of gyration of the large cutters for shredding.
