Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep layer mixing processing device provided with the function which controls the underground penetration of an agitation shaft properly on the whole and provide a concrete detection method and an effective control method of an underground penetration state of the agitation shaft during the execution of penetration work.
SOLUTION: A leader clinometer 8 and a CPS antenna 9 and an agitation shaft guide device 12 are mounted on a leader 2 while an agitation shaft clinometer and an agitation shaft torsion meter are mounted on an agitation shat 7. An expandable tip pick may be mounted on unit agitation shafts 4 and 4'. The displacement at the tip of the adaptation shaft 7 is detected in consideration for the displacement of the upper end of the agitation shaft 7 production by the slope of the leader 2. The displacement in the crosswise direction of the agitation shaft 7 is controlled by changing the turning direction of the unit agitation shafts 4 and 4' while the displacement in the transverse direction is controlled by engaging temporarily the agitation shaft guide device 12 with the agitation shaft 7. Torsion control is carried out by using a ground improvement discharge nozzle 6 or the tip pick.
