Abstract:
To provide a biaxial extruder used for manufacturing an oxymethylene copolymer, capable of effectively degassing formaldehyde, and a manufacturing method of the oxymethylene copolymer.SOLUTION: A first biaxial extruder 100 mainly has a cylinder 110 and a screw 120. The cylinder 110 mainly has a double cylindrical hole 111, a second vent port 104, and a third vent port 105. The screw 120 mainly has a first to sixth transportation parts 121, 123, 125, 127, 129, 131, a first mix part 122, a second mix part 124, a third mix part 126, a seal ring 128, and a fourth mix part 130. The third mix part 126 overlaps with the second vent port 104 as a half of an axis direction length of the second vent port 104. Similarly, the fourth mix part 130 overlaps with the third vent port 105 as a half of an axis direction length of the third vent port 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
