To downsize a biaxial hinge device of a mobile cellular phone.
A rotation axis for vertically opening a biaxial hinge portion 3 is formed by a cylindrical first shaft member 11. Similarly, a rotation axis for lateral opening is formed by a cylindrical second shaft member 40. A cable 100 electrically connecting electric components of an upper housing and electric components of an lower housing each other is wired through cable insertion holes 21, 41 which are inner holes of the shaft members 11, 40. Therefore, a space for wiring a cable to biaxial hinge portion 3 can be omitted, so that the biaxial hinge portion 3 can be downsized. A second cam member for regulating a rotation angle of the rotation axis for lateral opening is energized through a belleville spring. Therefore, as compared with a case using a spring as an energizing means, a space occupied by the energizing means can be greatly saved, so that the biaxial hinge portion 3 can be downsized.
