Abstract:
To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film which has uniformized physical properties in a film width direction that is suitable for processing applications, and is environmental-friendly by using a polyester resin of PET bottle recycling, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A biaxially oriented polyester film is formed of a polyester resin composition containing a recycled polyester resin and particles, and satisfies all the following requirements (1) to (4). (1) Temperature-raising crystallization temperature of 120°C or higher and 139°C or lower. (2) Change amount of an orientation angle in a film width direction of 0° or more and 10° or less per 0.5 m. (3) Thermal shrinkage when heat-treated at 150°C for 30 minutes in the full width of a film of 0.5% or more and 2.0% or less in a longitudinal direction, and -1.0% or more and 1.0% or less in the width direction. (4) Percentage content of an isophthalic acid component with respect to 100 mol% of the total dicarboxylic acid component in the polyester resin composition of 0.01 mol% or more and 3.0 mol% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
