Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve sliding properties and blocking resistance of a film, by a method wherein a layer comprised of a mixture of 50-95wt.% modified ethylene-acrylic ester copolymer and 5-50wt.% polypropylene resin which is modified by unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative is laminated at a thickness of 2-15μm.
CONSTITUTION: A layer comprised of a mixture of 50-95wt.% modified ethylene acrylic ester copolymer and 5-50wt.% polypropylene resin which is modified by unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative is laminated to at least one surface of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film. With this construction, a biaxially oriented polypropylene film superior in sliding properties and blocking resistance is obtained.
