Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polypropylene film for capacitors, which has both of high dielectric breakdown strength at high temperature, and good stretchability and thickness uniformity.SOLUTION: Provided is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film comprising a mixed resin obtained by mixing an isotactic polypropylene resin (A) having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn), a ratio of a weight average molecular weight (Mw) and a number average molecular weight (Mn) obtained by a GPC method, of 5 or more and 10 or less, and a polypropylene resin (B) having a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 3 or less.
