PURPOSE: To siplify purification of a city water by a bibcock of the city water.

CONSTITUTION: This bibcock is composed by keeping freely exchangeablly the sterilization/adsorption substance 4 for impurities such as bacteria, rust, chlorine and unpleasant odor incorporated in a city water at a proper place inside of the bibcock. In this way, a safe drinking water of good quality is obtained by removing the bacteria, the rust, the chlorine and the unpleasant odor incorporated in the city water, and this bibcock is economically advantageous as compared with a conventional water purifier because of the unnecessitated working of, especially an existing bibcock and adding a parts, and appearance also can be designed freely and handling operation, etc., of a stop valve is not prevented.
