A first wheel having the same shaft as the driving wheel and a small diameter is fixed onto the driving wheel, and a second wheel and a third wheel are mounted rotatably to a spacing material slidable to the support base 44. The second wheel and the third wheel are separated and arranged at a regular interval, a driving piston is installed to the holding material, the first, second and third wheels and a driving line are turned, and the driving wheel is revolved and driven.
