Abstract:

To reduce the power consumption of a bicycle locking system during its standby for signal reception.

A lock mechanism part 6 is designed to lock or unlock when the type and certification codes of signals TC a transmission control part 37 sends out are checked during a continual ON/OFF switching action of signals PS a reception control part 34 feeds to a power supply switch 33. This continual ON/OFF action of signals PS remarkably lowers the power consumption of the bicycle locking system during its standby for signal reception as compared with that by continuous power application.
