Abstract:
To provide a bicycle part (4) made of a composite material and its manufacturing method enhancing bonding between the part (4) and an insert in the bicycle part (4) made of the composite material provided with at least one insert (2, 3) for coupling with other bicycle parts.
Prior to a molding process of the composite material, an adhesive (50) is applied between the inserts (2, 3) and the composite material (60) and a part of the adhesive (50) is mutually permeated into the composite material (60). Thereby, strong adhesion between the inserts (2, 3) and the bicycle part (4) can be obtained.
